You may exchange or get a full refund on all “In Stock” items that are returned in new condition. We must be notified within 7 Days of receiving the product. Dirty, damaged or items with an odor (smoke, perfume, etc), or pet hair will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
If you do wish to exchange or return your item, delivery charges will apply for each trip to the home.
Special orders require a 50% deposit. Cancelations will result in a 25% restocking fee.
Custom items that have been specifically designed to customer specification CANNOT be returned.

To take advantage of the 30 night policy, one of our stain guarded mattress protector MUST be purchased at time of sale.
