Furniture & Accessories

  • You may exchange or get a full refund on all “In Stock” items that are returned in new condition. We must be notified within 7 Days of receiving the product.  Dirty, damaged or items with an odor (smoke, perfume, etc), or pet hair will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • If you do wish to exchange or return your item, delivery charges will apply for each trip to the home.
  • Special orders require a 50% deposit. Cancelations will result in a 25% restocking fee.
  • Custom items that have been specifically designed to customer specification CANNOT be returned.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours so that we can best service our customers with a repair or no-charge swap out of product.

     

    Mattresses

    • We want you to have peace of mind when selecting a new mattress. That is why we offer a 30 night comfort exchange.
    • To take advantage of the 30 night policy, one of our stain guarded mattress protector MUST be purchased at time of sale.
    • All exchanges/returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • If you do wish to exchange or return your mattress delivery charges will apply.
    • Dirty, damaged, or products with an odor (smoke, perfume, etc) will not be returnable.
    • We allow only one mattress exchange per customer.
    • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours.

       

      Appliances

      • You may exchange or get a full refund on all “In Stock” appliances within 7 Days. Appliances must NOT be used in any way and be in new condition free from any dents or damage. 
      • For sanitary reasons, if the appliance has been used it cannot be returned.
      • Custom orders may ONLY be cancelled without penalty as long as they have not shipped to us. Once they have been shipped they may not be returned.
      • Damaged, flawed or defective products must be reported within 48 hours.

         

        Bedding

        • Bedding may be returned within 7 days as long it is in its original packaging and has NOT been used
        • Custom ordered bedding CANNOT be returned.
