As the current situation in our world continues to unfold, your well-being and that of our team members is our top priority. We are committed to keeping you informed of how we are making changes in response to this unprecedented time. 

Store Hours and Guest Experience

We continue to adapt and respond to the recommendations and guidelines set out by our provincial governing bodies while looking after the needs of our guests.  On top of increased cleaning and sanitizing measures, we are also limiting the number of guests in our store at any given time to ensure social distancing practices.  We are open for regular business hours:

Monday to Saturday from 9:30am – 5:30pm (closed Sundays)

For a guaranteed visit time, please make an appointment with an associate by clicking here.  Let’s all look out for each other.  If you or anyone in your household are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please stay home.

Delivery & Service
If you have an upcoming furniture delivery, our team will be in touch with you soon to discuss your options. We have put additional measures in place to keep you and our teams safe. Our White Glove Delivery service is operational but if you prefer, we can deliver items to your doorstep.  We are not doing comfort exchanges or removal of old products at this time.  We are doing service calls and repairs with extra precautions in place that require additional time.  Please be patient with our service department as they look after your needs as quickly as possible.
Shopping Online 
We remain open online.  Shop from the convenience of your home.
